It’s time to get ready for Easter!
Christians spend an entire season getting ready for the most important Sunday of the year, Easter. We call that season that prepares us for Easter, Lent.
As we get ready for Easter this Lent, we invite you to join us for our worship series Heart Matters. 2020 gave our hearts a workout - sometimes growing our hearts, other times breaking them and still other times hardening them. Jesus said, “Do not let your hearts be troubled,” but, honestly, that’s easier said than done.
As we get ready for Easter, we’re going to tend to our heart matters, because your heart matters matter to God. We’ll also discover how having heart matters, especially in these divisive times. We’ll explore how God guards our hearts, ironically, by having heart so we can live lives that are gracious, not condemning. Curious, not closed. Flexible, not flustered. Choose love, not hate.
